Horrible building
The laundry room was switched from card only machines to app based but Community Roots refuses to put WiFi in the laundry room so it's inaccessible to almost everyone in the building. There's roaches and mice. Constant management turnover means miscommunications and delays in matience fixes (if you ever hear back). They just let me go without heat for 3 weeks for no reason. Absolute horror show of a building

Rat infested apartments building
Do not move here the building is infested with rats. You can see them running around the living room at night. It was horrible. I complained to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do cause the building was too infested with them and they live in the walls. I was sooooo happy to move out!
