Don't suggest living here
I cannot stress enough to not move in here or rent any property from 206 management. In the two years I lived here there was three different leasing agents, last one the most difficult to work with, entered my apartment MULTIPLE times without giving proper notice. WA state law says they have to give 48hr notice before entering. 206 management also doesn’t give any direct contact info and don’t answer their general email on inquirers /concerns and ghosted me when I tried to contact them via email... and phones calls to their office.
Because of the consistent change in management parking was always an issue, other tenants and building maintenance would be parked in my spot half of my time living there. Packages would go missing all the time and our mailboxes were broken into multiple times. Safety and cleanliness of the elevator also a continued issue, got stuck in it a couple times.
Some major construction was happening on the street for months and Olympic view never gave tenants any updates on how long it was going to take or the fact they dug up the driveways to enter the parking garage which made even entering the building on foot difficult without walking into traffic since the sidewalks were all torn out. The side doors to the lobby were always broken in so most of the time you couldn't open them from the inside. In general this building is old, outdated and overpriced for rent. Highly recommend not living here.

Don’t move here
The new property manager is rude and condescending. The place is falling apart and they keep raising the rent but no renovations.

A single nurses dream.
My apartment is located two blocks from a hospital, and other medical facilities. It is located on a bus line, and is within five miles of a major mall. There is a YMCA two blocks to the south, and two blocks to the north is a beautiful park situated on the Puget Sound.
My apartment building is unique as it is situated in a semi-circle. It sits up on a hill which makes for a nice view. The building is about 45 years old, but has recently been updated and the apartments remodeled. The landscaping... is nice and is well maintained. There is an elevator which services the four floors of apartment. The apartments are small but are quite adequate for a single person, or a couple with no children.
My apartment opens up to a long hallway. Off to the immediate left is a small but adequate storage closet. Down the hall to the right is the bedroom, and across from the bedroom is the bathroom. The hall ends in the living room, and to the left of the living room is the kitchen. The carpets are beige with cream-colored walls.
Besides a queen-sized bed and a hefty dresser and night stand, there is standing room only in the bedroom. The closet runs the length of one wall and is only about 56 sq. ft. It is small but with imagination and some storage organizers, it is sufficient for someone who isn't a pack rat.
The bathroom is also standing room only, but has everything one needs and is practically self-cleaning. There is a tub and shower combo, and a wall-length mirror and a new vanity with plenty of shelves.
Counter space is spare in the kitchen. The appliances are chrome, and go well with the new cupboards which are blond oak with dark brown and tan faux marble countertops. The kitchen is well organized.
The dinning area is an extension of the kitchen. A west-facing, wall-length window lights up this cozy area which is just big enough for a hutch and small table.
There is plenty of room for a full-sized living room set, bookshelves, and TV wall in the living room. The west wall is a full-length window which looks out on the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound. It is a sunset lovers dream.
