Nasty noisy apartment inches from I5

Don't waist your money renting at this place :
You will be locked into a lease and I promises that you will hate it .
This are the reason why :
1 The building is inches away from i5 , in the middle of the night you will think that trucks are driving into your place ( supper loud and noisy ).
2 Management is lazy lazy lazy : good luck getting any repairs done if you need it .
3 The place is nasty and smelly with water leaks inside the building .
4 Every year you will see a rent increase
5 Drug... activities , theft and drama.
There are too many issues to list , and there are a lot of nice apartment at the same price range or less in the area .
So why rent here ?
try this nasty place if you dare ...
