Issue with the shower handle not addressed I put a maintenance request because the shower handle is so tight and stuck that I cannot open it. We were told that the shower does work and a team member tried to show us how to use it. He wasn’t able to open the water and validated it is not normal. After that, the maintenance request was reopened and the maintenance person showed us that the handle does work and that we are just not strong enough which is why we are struggling. We we’re told the... building is very old which is why it cannot be fixed. I still cannot use the shower. This issue was dismissed and marked as completed with no communication about future work to fix it or solutions provided to us. Being able to the shower is very important to me. I regret living here. The management is aggressive, rude, and unresponsive. Elevators and amenities are constantly broken. The building has mold issues and poor heating. A major plumbing issue in my apartment (no fault of my own) severely damaged the wooden flooring and made the living conditions unsafe, but the management still has not fixed it 3 weeks later.
