Great Apartments and Location in a Beautiful Neighborhood!
My stay here has been great! The apartment and building both are well designed, and the upkeep is on-point. During my move-in, I was actually out of the country and the management team took the delivery from the movers and even setup the furniture in my unit! The maintenance and management teams have always been very helpful, the location of the property is perfect for commuting (close to the I-5 and 99), the neighborhood is really great, and the view from the roof is spectacular. I would... definitely recommend Prescott!

Loving the Life!
I have been living here since it opened 4 years ago! Why! Cuz it's like living in my own home surrounded by lots of friendly neighbors! Ashley, Jenn & Renee are always smiling, friendly & willing to help. Adrian & Seth quickly respond should there be a maintenance problem.
The locale is terrific - meeting transportation needs to downtown or anywhere else in the area.
My dog enjoys the dog friendly atmosphere, including private potty area, constant petting in the elevator & office... .
Fantastic rooftop! See Lake Union, GasWorks Park & city while enjoying two barbeques & gas fireplace. Or sun lounging! Or growing veges in your garden plot!
Easy walking distance to fun & delicious restaurants. Also pharmacy & grocery stores.

The Prescott
Simply the best!! Creatively designed, thoughtfully laid out, well lit living space with ample closets. The riff top terrace has one of the most stunning views in the city. Ashley and Jenn in the leasing office are always ready to assist with a smile and the entire crew makes you feel at home and cared for. Fantastic in every way, I love living here! Anne C.

They do not address resident concerns. Never answer phone calls or respond to emails of current residents. They give misleading information to keep their responsibility to a minimum. Office staff are unhelpful.

Great Place for Professionals working in Downtown Seattle
The building is relatively new and in a great up and coming location. Every month it seems like a new restaurant opens on Stone Way and the apartment is within in walking distance of 45th, Fremont, and Gas Works Park. There is a bust stop across the street that can get you down town in 15 to 20 min.
The current staff at the Prescott does a great job, is friendly, and willing to work with you if you get a package, but can't make it home before they close for the day.
The building has a... great roof top patio perfect for summer BBQs and a great community room with a full size table shuffle board. A roof hot tub would be awesome, but unfortunately there isn't one.
Pets are allowed which is great and fun, now only if people could learn to clean up after their pet has an accident. The building staff does a good job at being responsive once notified.
The only cons of the building is the lack of elevators (just plan on waiting) and the extremely small parking spaces. The designer only had compact cars in mind when doing the building layout.
