I'll be honest with you. Compared to many of the buildings surrounding it, Radius looks to be slightly below aesthetically. However, that is far from the truth. The rental prices this building has for the amount you are getting is worth it. I came from north Seattle and actually found Radius to be cheaper than what I was paying there and am getting more (walking convenience, gas ranges, LEED certified, and a pet run.) Will definitely be resigning my lease here (if rent stays around the same)

Rent hikes are too high. Please be reasonable and allow 12 month leases instead of extracting every penny that you can. I know that I would appreciate it. Overall, the building itself is average for a new build, looks like it meant to be built on the budget side. Staff are all really the best, nothing but impressive connections with them.
