How Is This Rating Determined?

8/7/17

Plagued with problems.

The following are reasons you should not move here.

1. Something is clearly wrong with management and leasing. In the 5 months here over 5 staff members and management have resigned. It's a constant revolving door. The building no longer has anyone staffed at the leasing office.

2. Utilities are very expensive due to the rigged calculation the third party uses. Iv over heard management lie about the price. On average you will pay $200 at the minimum a month for utilities. The cold water is...
charged for the entire building. Someone leaves the hose on upstairs, sprinkler leaks, more tenants, all mean your bill will increase even though it's not your consumption. They also charge you the bill for them connecting to the sewer main. This is a bill nearly always paid by the property.

3. Building was rushed. It has been plagued with constant issues. Constant water leaks in the walls and boiler room. The roof had to be completely redone since the leaks. Packages everywhere since postal companies can't figure out the machine. This causes theft of many items. No AC. Apartments are a constant 80-90 degrees. Based on 15 reports. Electrical wiring is awful and nearly all outlets are tied to one breaker.

4. Awful parking. The parking cost is $250. This is $100 more than the building (which accepts anyone's car) 500 feet away. Parking on the street is insane as it's both sides on the worst brick road. Cars get hit and prowled constantly.

5. Constant increasing restrictions. Used to be a fun place but management has constantly been one sided. There was a revolt that led to a manager leaving a few months ago.

6. Constant issues with billing. Management has messed up my bills on three out of six months and refuses to accept it was their fault. Constant run around with no blame to accept.

7. If you must live here be sure to record, tape, and get in writing everything they promise you. They will try to scam you out of the promises especially when they mess up your billing.

8. Rooms are cheaply made. We constantly are cutting out selves on the thin metal handles they have on the 10 cabinets. If you have wrist or hand problems you may not be able to even open them.
