If I could give a place zero stars I would

Honestly? Just stay away. The landlord is shady and rude, the owner will always cash your checks extremely late in the month. These people are hungry for your money and are genuinely uninterested in the community they’re supposed to “care for”. I wish I had never lived here and there are plenty of places in Seattle at this price point where leadership isn’t borderline hateful. The only shining star of my experience is the wonderful maintenance man. The building is extremely old and whatever “top... amenities” they advertise I didn’t see evidence of living here.
