Shannon Apartments

First off, the building is old. And you see a lot of problems that you would expect in an old building, despite the character it has. The windows are not properly sealed, and rainwater gets through them. Fuses blow on simple appliances (like my electric kettle). There is not a high capacity for hot water. I don't know if all of the apartments are this way, but mine is extremely small. And when you do have problems, it's very difficult to get ahold of the property manager. He's very nice, but he... must be rather busy, because, in truth, I've only seen him twice since I moved into the building, about a year ago.

That being said, the location is fabulous. One block from the grocery store, one three from Seattle University, and five from my work. I walk /everywhere/.
