Just good...

Things that made me don't like this place:

1- Loud entrance door. People don't care, they will SLAM the door. Good luck keeping your nerves if you're close to the front door.
2- Dogs are barking a lot. It breaks my heart to hear dogs crying in the day because they are alone in the apartments.
3- Break-ins and theft. My bike got stolen from the "secure" bike storage. My car got broken into from in front of the building. The next door got police calls from time to time(don't know why). Got… parking tickets because of zoning(you have to pay for parking on the street).
4- I don't think they are calculating the water and sewer correctly, and they are expensive.

There are good sides to Sienna as well:

1- Maintenance is fast.
2- On-site managers were polite & responsive so far.
3- You will be living close to everywhere in Seattle. It's a big plus. There are many places to visit within walking distance.
