Manager is worse, mails don't get delivered/ lost. Manager won't fix petty stuff and expects us to do the work.

The area is really bad due to neighborhood community , lot of police complaints about car vandalism in past few months.

HIGHLY DISORGANIZED!

Rented a parking spot from Cornell & Associates in Capitol Hill, Seattle at the Tanglewood Apartments. Was rather easy to set up and get the gate key but then my first 2 weeks I had to park wherever there was an open space as the spot I rented was continually filled. Took longer than I was expecting for the manager to contact the car owner and correct the situation especially since they have a towing policy for unauthorized vehicles. It did help that the manager was aware... of the hassle this caused me and he did give me a discount on rent for those first 2 weeks.

However, the bad experience continued upon move out. The contract is particularly vague and leads you to think you only need to give a 30 days notice; instead you actually need to state something along the lines of "this is my last calendar month parking at Tanglewood". This misunderstanding led to me paying an additional month's worth of rent as it was necessary for me to stay part way through another calendar month. Then, upon move out they require you to mail them the gate keys. To add to the hassle of moving out they then misplaced the remote and gate key delaying my refund. They then contacted me to tell me they couldn't reimburse my gate key deposit until they received my last months rent (which had already been paid 2 months prior). In many ways it felt like they were trying to get out of having to reimburse me my deposit. Thankfully I kept all records and documents of payments and had a tracking number for the gate key.
