The Lenawee Apartments

The manager Rose is super friendly. While this building is older it is kept in amazing shape. It had old charm while having large windows. While there are no dishwashers or washer/dryer in unit, all the utilities are including except electricity. I love keeping my apartment cozy so I appreciated the free radiator heater. Bonus is that there are no leases so you can move it or out when convenient. One downside is they require full months rent as a deposit which can be expensive for some. This apartment has hard wood floors, west facing, beautiful views of downtown and plenty of light. Full kitchen with gas stove. Full bathroom and plenty of closet space. This building has a secure entrance and is well maintained. My favorite thing about this building is the courtyard with it's evergreen that is so peaceful. The management is helpful and available. The Capitol Hill neighborhood is hip and trendy with a great nightlife.
