Great views
The office staff is borderline rude half of the time. Secretary guy never really seems to know what he's doing. The system they have for packages in the office is cruddy, they lose packages, and it takes them forever to find them. Other than office staff and the monthly check-ins they do of the apartments it's a nice building to live in.

My Opinion
- Revolving door of managers
- Package handling is poor
- Packages have been stolen from the office (This is a true fact and not an opinion)
- Landscaping needs serious work
- Canine droppings are found all over the ground
- Maintenance guy is the best thing about this complex
- Won't be renewing my lease
