Great value and love my place!
Great Apartment! Barry was very helpful in getting me situated and qualified for it! The apartment was updated with new counters, floors, kitchen and bath. Barry was also very helpful with move in helping me with the heavy lifting. The building is clean and nice to have underground parking! I have recommend my friend to move in and she's excited! Thanks!

Filthy
This place is a joke. There's no manager and windows are full of mold. Our neighbors cat died from toxicity issues.

Just moved in!
Had great experience working with the manager. He helped us get into our apartment. We had some credit issues and he showed us how to work with our pervious landlord to work it out! The apartment is beautiful and brand new everything! Love the full size washer dryer in the unit. The building is very clean and hallways. The manger was great and have spoke to the neighbors and they love it hear. Said there are griper but they have nothing else to do. They have an open 2 bedroom and I'm suggesting... my friend and her kid move in.

I enjoy living here for the past year...
The manager I think is great. There are still "sour apples" that live here and miss the pot smoking lazy manager Toni that was here before. The manager Barry is great. he stays out of your business and keeps the place neat and clean. The repair guy is hard to get a hold of for repairs but i heard they are down to two for all their buildings. I don't know how much service the person below wants? Not much to this building. It's been great here for the past year that I have been here. Maybe you... should just move if you are not happy...the rest seem to be!
