It's very so-so. I love the location, I love what I've made of my home, and I love the rooftop views. But there's a lot of faults in Grey Star as a property management company - from the constant turnover (which causes delays, inconsistencies, lack of attention, etc) to a lack of prioritization or implementation in things that matter (feedback - actionable, tangible follow up on requests/needs/feedback/communication from residents). Parking is way overpriced and there's been a lot of issues with... the garage in my few months living here. It's fine, you can tell they're trying, but ultimately they don't implement things that actually matter to residents.

This apartment community has been a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to food/entertainment/grocery stores. The apartments feel pretty sound proof, the grounds are always clean, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I’ve been very happy living here!
