Smooth Move In With Some Things to Note I really like the apartment and Chris was great with getting me settled in. I wish I knew that there was a switch for the bathroom fan and that the oven was going to set the fire alarms off when first using it. Also which plug would work with the light switch in the living room. Also, on my first day, I put the new toilet paper roll on the holder from the Xfinity welcome gift and saw that it was gone and nowhere to be found after coming back later that day... . Just gave me a bad feeling because now I was out of my only toilet paper roll and that someone took it when I was out of my apartment and hoping something like that won’t happen again. I am so glad I stumbled upon Zella Apartments. There are a lot of nice, newer apartment buildings in Seattle, but the helpful and patient staff was that extra draw to convert me to a resident. As someone relocating from out of state, they answered all my questions and provided more care than I couldve asked for; everyone is readily available and happy to assist. The quality and cleanliness of the building, units, and amenities are also really appreciated. The sophisticated delivery system is a... huge bonus that relieves any stress for expected packages. Zella is an incredibly well managed apartment complex with a sleek and contemporary design. It sits in perfect proximity to parks, bars, grocery stores, and public transportation.

Zella is a great apartment in a great location.

I have really enjoyed living at Zella! The rooftop view is amazing and the small gym is a great bonus! I love having washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment! The rooms look nice and property is well managed! Would highly recommend living here!
