Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a king-size bed, kitchen, dining area, family area with Roku TV, and bathroom with shower. A full-size Murphy bed is in the closet. The lower level contains the second bedroom with a queen-size bed.
This is a pet and service animal friendly property, and an additional flat fee of $100 applies for pets. One dog only, no cats.
Located off the beaten path down a dirt road, experience the Olympic Peninsula from the privacy of this tranquil property. Nearby attractions include Miller Peninsula State Park, just over a mile away. Downtown Sequim's coffee houses, local restaurants, and shopping are 15 minutes from the house. Further adventures into the Olympic National Park are less than a day's trip away, with Hurricane Ridge 45 minutes away, Lake Crescent and Sol Duc Hot Springs within 1 hour and 1.45 hours respectively, and the Hoh Rain Forest and Pacific coastline beaches within a 2.5 to 3-hour drive. Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge is around 35 minutes away.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property, there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile.
