This single wide manufactured home features one bedroom, a full kitchen (except for a dishwasher), and a dining area in the living room. The kitchen, equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, and stove, is ready for preparing meals. Enjoy a Roku TV and a bathroom with a tub-over-shower. Meals can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or outside on the deck overlooking the beautiful grounds. A propane grill is located near the front deck.
Parking is available for a maximum of two cars.
Located off the beaten path down a dirt road with one other house on the property, this tranquil property offers an experience of the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Sequim's coffee houses, local restaurants, and shopping are 15 minutes away. Nearby attractions include Miller Peninsula State Park, just over a mile down the road. Further adventures into the Olympic National Park are less than a day's trip away, with Hurricane Ridge 45 minutes away, Lake Crescent and Sol Duc Hot Springs within 1 hour and 1.45 hours respectively, and the Hoh Rain Forest and Pacific coastline beaches within a 2.5 to 3-hour drive. Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge is around 35 minutes away.
Pets are not allowed. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. It is essential that you respect the privacy of the neighbors with no trespassing or loud noises. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property, and renters who do not comply with this policy may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. If there is any property damage, or excessive cleaning required, you agree to pay charges with your credit card at full cost.
