This Staff Rocks

I have lived here for a few years, and the office staff is so sweet. They always are happy to help, and make your interactions as positive as possible. They throw community events for almost every holiday, including monthly get togethers, to bring people together and encourage meeting your neighbors.

The pools are wonderful, my kids have had a blast this summer !

Great area, great staff, family friendly, high recommend !

Love My New Home !

I recently moved into The Boulders in June, and have had nothing short of an incredible experience. The office staff & property manager answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and have been so supportive even after moving in. Maintenence addresses things quickly, the property is kept beautifully, and there are so many amenities my children & I have enjoyed.

If you’re searching in the University Place/Tacoma area I highly recommend this property ! They really care about you!

Great staff and homes

I love my new home - its very quiet and clean area. Everything is close by Traders joes Costco and shopping centers. definitely recommend.

FIRST TIME RENTER AT BOULDERS!

I have been enjoying the quality and care Boulders of the Puget sound has been making to my experience living here. The leasing office staff are approachable and are affective communicators when it comes to apartment needs and wishes. I have dogs and a cat living with me, the front office lady's love when you bring your dogs by. They have treats by the door and love to give them pets. The landscaping team does wonders keeping the area clean and pretty so we'll done to them. Maintenance is always... on time and do there job quick and orderly. Over all I see myself living here a couple years more.
