I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and management is friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance is handled quickly, and the staff genuinely cares about residents.

The location is convenient, the amenities are a nice bonus, and I feel safe and comfortable here. My neighbors are welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

The staff here is as wonderful as the view from my apartment, and that’s saying something, because from where I live, I have an unimpeded view of the Olympics!

Seriously though, Dan, Shannon and Mandy are always smiling and happy to help. Christine, our maintenance gal is amazing too. Very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about me and my family’s living situation!

I’ve been here for over four years. I’ve see. Some big changes since the new management has started. The leasing team in the office is always respectful and the maintenance team is always willing to help

Lack of communication with management. They don’t follow their own operating hours for the office. Shut off utilities without notice. Refuse to give packages, never got a key to access the amenities I pay for
