Tenant Requirements:
-Background and credit checks will be completed
-Proof of current income is required, 1 year minimum of work history
-Tenant must have good credit standing, a score of 670+ or higher and rental history
- No smoking of any kind (no drugs, vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, etc)
- Limit 2 Pets maximum, with $150 Pet Fee per animal and $25 Monthly Fee Per Pet ($150 additional security deposit required for large dogs over 30lbs, breed restrictions apply, please message directly for list)

- Renters Insurance Required
- No livestock
