I’ve lived at Cooper George since March 6, 2026. I found the move-in experience to be seamless and the management team to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As for the property, it is well maintained and appealing. I find it to be quiet and I feel safe here.i love my apartment and I enjoy the sense of community I feel. I’ve lived in many apartments during my lifetime and this is my favorite apartment home. I also believe it is a good value for the money.

The apartments here are very nice. The maintenance team does a great job and the office is super helpful. The rooftop is great in the summer. Even being so close to downtown, I haven’t had any issues with security or safety as the building is very secure.

The management is amazing and it's is a pet friendly environment but the individuals who own pets are not respectful to the property most often the facilities hallways and elevators smell.

The move in the experience at Cooper George was made seamless and easy by a professional, efficient and knowledgeable staff. There was transparency with regard to costs so there were no surprises. The building is clean and well maintained and my apartment was move in ready on the day of my move. The building seems safe and the community is friendly.
