Cleanliness & Parking
I was a visitor to these apartments in October 2020, March 2021 and July 2021. The elevator looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The grime in the opening of the elevator floor was there all three times. There was even an M&M in the back of the elevator that had been there from October to when I was there in July. The windows in the place are disgusting! The tenants are supposed to have parking (says so in lease) but most have to park on the street. Now with the work they're doing on... Post, most people have to find parking elsewhere. This is not a good area for elderly people to be walking, especially if they have to carry groceries, etc. I'd think twice about moving here.
