Dangerous, Inconsiderate Tenants. No Property Management. RENTER BEWARE
Dangerous building with drug use, fireworks for weeks, and tenants who intimidate neighbors. Alley littered with nails, screws, car parts. No property management enforcement at all. Renter beware.

Great folks living here but the landlord does not address any issues with the unit or building.
