Roaches

Thank goodness my lease will be up soon and I will be moving. They make no attempt to control roaches. They came to exterminate once last year after completed complaints and never came back. I have spent a small fortune spraying myself so my apartment won't be overrun by these pests. There is a lack of privacy as they are constantly doing "inspections" but then don't fix anything. Despite these issues and no improvements or repairs to my unit, they had the audacity to want to increase my rent… again if I had renewed my lease.

Cockroaches and failure to make necessary Repairs to units

Their building are INFESTED with COCKROACHES!!! They have not been able to get the problem under control.

Things in my apartment are falling apart and they have not yet repaired the issue and it has been 6months. Yet, they want me to pay a higher rent expense before they fix the issues. How is that fair. I only want the issues fixed!

The staff is awesome here

I really appreciate the staff getting me innso quickly. The in unit washer dryer was a big upgrade from my last place. Clean unit.
