    Poorly Maintained

    Took me almost the entire term of the lease to get hot water in my unit, even though I was told initially the water heater was going to be replaced. Was not a lot of fun trying to shower while feeling like you are being pelted with ice water. Finally got hot water a few months before moving out. The onsite laundry was usually filthy. Only one washer and dryer for each building of about 20 apartments. Usually they were occupied and didn't do a very good job of cleaning the laundry if you did… manage to get one. Not a deal breaker on this one but an annoyance was that the ancient refrigerator was the smallest one I had ever seen that wasn't apartment sized, it looked more like it belonged in a studio from 30 years ago.
