No AC unless you count ceiling fans! Okay place to live!
I appreciate what management has done to make this place better. The tenants usually stay in their lanes and most people get along and the kids are all friends.
The trash can be a little overrun as it can anywhere, but the community is much better/safer/cleaner than most! New mailboxes have been ordered which will help secure them better!
Doors to the buildings lock which keeps us secure, the maintenance man James does his BEST to meet our needs when things break down and/or stop working,... and our kids have plenty of room to play, laugh and enjoy the sun.
Close to groceries and places to eat plus the bus stop and transit center is close by and a NEW laundry mat just opened!
