A wonderful place to live!
I have been living here for about 3 years now. Since sparq living has been managing it things have turned around for the better.
Everyone in the office is very attentive. They are understanding and don't just look at you as a renter, it actually feels like home. The maintanance crew here is AWESOME as well. RJ is the best maintanance guy I have ever had. We had an issue with our water tank not heating up...He came right over and got the job done! He went above the call of duty to do what it… took to assure my family and myself was tooken care of. Two Thumbs Up for RJ!!! here is the break down of the stars 2.5 for RJ and 2.5 for the rest of the team! ***** WAY TO GO SPARQ LIVING!!! --James and Melanie.Review from Apartments.com
