Overall, love it here. Management was great when I moved in, had gone downhill since. Apartments are small but nice. Kitchens very cramped, but while place is great for the rent price I pay. If it goes up much, that would no longer be true.

I just moved here, and I have to say the apartment itself is just right! I love how old the building the property management staff has been super welcoming and the leasing agent was super helpful! I haven’t had any issues and when I have requested a repair. Maintenance is on it!

Lovely building, warm in the winter, nice view, friendly, professional people, affordable is small. Only complaints: no a/c included (VERY warm in summer!) and parking can be dreadful. Otherwise I really love living here.
