Nothing much changed since my last review. Including the upstairs dog owner dumping buckets of fur and water all over my patio during the best days of summer. Rendering it unusable due to random drenching and higher building water bill.

I had a good experience the Front Office employees are very helpful and then make sure they go above and beyond to help you they were able to answer all my questions. They still found a way to give me approved for the apartment 10 out of 10.

Things are improving. However u can't blame management for when residents damage and vandalized the property. Management has been responsive when issues are brought up. However I still feel utilities are too much.

We have had a few ups and downs. Mostly caused from the apartment above us. The maintenance team has been wonderful and done repairs quickly. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.

Cannot use the pool because there was maggots/grubs in it! Maintenance used to be on top of things, not anymore. Continue to smell some type of chemical oder, Walls are super thin, smell and hear everything. It has not been a good experience the last few months living here! And I’m sure they’re planning on raising the rent when it’s time to renew. I am doing everything I can to move out of here when my lease is up.
