I am an new resident and still new to the Vancouver area. My living experience has mostly been well. I am disappointed in the quality of completion of maintenance request and the cleanliness of the unit at move in. I understand the homes are older but given the cost of rent every month you would think some of that would be put back into keeping things up-to-date & cleaner.

Due to some recent staffing shortages, it has taken us a little longer than usual to address work orders, but please rest assured that we are working hard to resolve each request as quickly as possible. Additionally, we are truly sorry that the cleanliness of your unit at move-in did not meet your expectations. We agree that a clean and well-maintained home is essential, and we regret that we fell short in this regard. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can make improvements moving forward.
