Living at Broadstone Riva has been such a great experience. The waterfront views are beautiful, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the community feels peaceful and welcoming. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly and quick to help, which really makes it feel like home.

So far I’ve lived here for two weeks. I had done a ton of research on other complexes in and around Vancouver and done 5-6 tours. Riva won hands down. The staff were super helpful, answering any questions I had. The move-in process was simple with just about everything done online. The complex is very well designed with well thought out areas for community members to take advantage of. From a library to a great gym, even a well stocked coffee bar. I love this complex so far, it really feels like... home.
