Do not move to these slums

I am a resident. The rent gets raised $50 every 6 months and there are rarely any repairs to the insides of units, they are very sloppily cleaned in between renters, it took a year to get a smoke alarm for my unit and longer to get a fire extinguisher in the foyer. The common areas including the laundry room and machines have never been swept or cleaned once except by me in my 18 months of residency and there aren't trash cans, only the one dumpster, nowhere for kids to play but in the parking... lot among the cars, the faucets have been removed outside so no car washing trying to have anything but dirt in the summer and no putting out a fire. The pool is only open a month after school gets out on random days and whenever someone feels like unlocking it no matter how hot it gets, the parking spaces are numbered 1 through 48 with not a single visitor spot and there are only 26 units.
