The leasing team is very nice and has good communication. The resident portals and application process is not for the weak. I had issues applying and now that I live here I cannot pay my rent online. The apartment itself was cleaned to the bare minimum and most of the appliances were not usable until at least a week after move in. I have lived at a lot of apartments and unfortunately this is typical, but the team has made it easier and I really appreciate them.

Rent is overpriced on tiny units, management is absent and has an extremely high turnover rate. Look of the building and security are good but not worth it anymore when comparable units elsewhere are so much less expensive
