Rent is overpriced on tiny units, management is absent and has an extremely high turnover rate. Look of the building and security are good but not worth it anymore when comparable units elsewhere are so much less expensive

Villas II is a quiet, modern and safe place to have moved into. Although there has been a few hiccups overall the move in process was not too bad. Veronica has been extremely helpful. I really appreciate her kindness and attentiveness.

All apartments have issues and this place too but overall it’s the best apartment complex in Vancouver. And I saw ALL OF THEM before choosing these
