Best Apartment ever!
I have lived at Beaumont Apartments for a total of 9 years in two different units. The first was a studio on the 2nd floor and frankly, a move for safety reasons. For over 2 years this place proved to be safe and secure and generally a quiet dog-friendly community. When a unit on the top floor became available with a view, I jumped at the opportunity and have not regretted it since. Neighbors below me have been quiet all this time (and so am I!). Maintenance issues come up maybe once a year… for some little thing that needs fixing, and Josh and Tony have always been quick and thorough. Management of the property is mostly off-site by phone, but Nathan always seems to answer quickly and take care of any inquiries I've had. Would recommend this property and I hope to continue living here many more years.
