We also have income limits - contact our team to find out more. Our community is located on the west... side of Yakima close to shopping, medical buildings, and HWY 12. We have provided quality affordable housing in Yakima since 1992 and continue to give our residents the "best" living experience available. Each apartment is 672 sq ft., one bedroom with spacious kitchens, patios with additional storage, and washer/dryer hookups. The community building includes a seasonal heated swimming pool, a beauty shop, and many resident activities. Give us a call or come by and take a tour.

Office staff incompetent at their jobs and not helpful
Go somewhere else. They rarely answer the phone, and there is so many messages you can’t leave one They only do on-line applications and then it will say it can not go through because of technical difficulties.

Englewood Garden Villas
the apartment I have is quite nice, the kitchen is very large and comes with all the appliances needed.refrigerator,stove,dishwasher,garbage disposal, Washer and dryer. The bedroom is very roomy and has a large walk in closet. One of the nice things about the apartment is that it is on the top floor and there is very little noise coming from the outside.
