About The Villas at Baraboo

The Villas at Baraboo, LLC is an all-inclusive, STUDENT FOCUSED, apartment community located on the UW Platteville / Baraboo Sauk County campus in Baraboo,... Wisconsin. The Villas offers 2 separate floor plans to choose from: a 4-bed x 2-bath floor plan starting at $550 per month and a 2-bed x 2-bath floor plan starting at $600 per month. The common area of each of these floorplans is furnished with a couch and two sitting chairs for the living room and four bar stools if your suite is equipped with a breakfast bar. Each private bedroom is furnished with a FULL XL mattress and bedframe (which sits 20” off the floor for extra storage), a computer desk and chair and an organizational unit for the closet area.

Residents at The Villas are required to pay a non-refundable $275 Reservation Fee to secure their spot when they sign a lease. Leases can be paid in full, by semester, or monthly. All utilities such as water, heat, electricity, internet and trash are included.

Community atmosphere is what we strive for at The Villas which is why we offer board games, TV, ROKU, popcorn machine, music, a coffee bar and a ping pong table in the Social Room! We also hold one – two Resident Events each month for Residents to socialize and get to know their neighbors.

The Villas also provides a Roommate Matching Program within the rental application process. This program allows applicants to indicate specific interests and habits for the best roommate match.

Safety is #1 at The Villas, and with that comes our multi-layered security system which consists of a secure-locked building as well as security cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the property.

Living on campus means being more focused on and involved with school, making and growing with new friends and is the perfect transition from living at home into a place of your own!
