Nice Could Be Better
Nice neighbors, landscaping, pool, basketball court. But the building manager can be very rude, and the owners tend to side with them. Outdated heating system in the few yrs I have been here heat make a loud, annoying sound that wake you up all hrs of day and night. I have been thru 3 heat valves, problem still was happening. After 3 winters of the same problem and 3 heat valves I told home office, staff was incompetent. I feel compensation was due instead I was insulted 2 winters ago and... basically told I could move. So because nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood I accepted it. This past winter complained again another valve and whatever else they did, noise stopped. But what's sad I think finally my noise stopped but my neighbor below inherited the noise. Management told my neighbor my heating setting had something to do with her unfortunate noises. Sad but true, with winning free rent I would move .
