Current Tenant - Very Pleased
Living in this apartment has been an outstanding experience from day one. The application process was simple and efficient, with clear communication and a welcoming approach that immediately made me feel at ease.
The apartment itself is a gem. Not only is the space comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, but recent remodeling has truly elevated the living experience. Hardwood flooring, modern fixtures, and fresh paint throughout give the unit a clean, contemporary feel while still maintaining a... cozy atmosphere. It’s clear that care and attention went into every detail of the remodel/update.
The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, ideal for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to everything they need. And the landlord? Absolutely wonderful. She’s kind, genuine, and clearly invested in the happiness of her tenants. Her responsiveness and thoughtful gestures make this place feel more like a home than just a rental.
I recommend renting here without hesitation.
