Brookfield Junction

The management here is the worst I have ever experienced. The garage door dented my car and they have avoided all communication with me to fix the matter. When I did receive a response it was very passive aggressive. My partner and I also have experienced astronomically high energy bills due to the electric heating they use. The apartment alone is ok, but not worth the headache of management.

Apartments are really nice. Plenty of space and garage parking (if available). Unfortunately the apartment is infested with silver fish. They were even in the elevators and hallways. Management will not doing anything about it. Sometimes the washer machines are broken and none of the tenants will say anything to management. Some neighbors will blast music like it's the club. Sometimes 730am on a saturday morning and sometimes 3am on a monday. Management doesn't care.

The actual apartment complex/unit is very nice and well kept but absolutely would not recommend living here. The property manager was a nightmare from the very first day I moved in and continued to be for the 18 mo that I lived there. Truly not worth it.

I loved my apartment lived here for two years never paid my rent late one day and actually had people I know move into this building. Little did I know after you move in you deal with Kara who is the leasing agent for the apartments. She is rude and horrible to deal with. Asked her multiple times to view a two bedroom In the building and she refused to show and acted as if it was something out of my budget.
