We toured here twice. The first leasing agent was nice but barely looked up from her phone during the entire tour. She did, however, warn me about one unit having noise complaints from the neighbors, which I appreciated.

Zeke, who I was dismayed to see is somehow the assistant manager, had zero interest in his job and even less in the units themselves.

The property is nice enough, but there’s no parking for two cars, and the apartments are small. A second car has to park outside, and space is... limited. Despite this, we were swayed by a discounted price and decided to apply. However, the unit we wanted was taken, so we applied for a similar one. I have been here for 3 years, and I am extending for 18 more months. I like the area that I am in because I am close to my son. The property is very quiet and the office staff is very nice. I love the Friday grab and go breakfast. When I have a service request, maintenance fixes it very quickly.

Not a luxury apartment and the management doesn’t respond properly ever.

I lived here for about 2 and a half years and I wish I would've cut it a little shorter. It has a lot of potential but a couple things were really putting it behind. For starters, the grills were broken half of the time I tried using them. Charging as much as money as they do for a 2 bed 2 bath, you'd think they would keep up with that a little better. Another thing I found very strange was my roommate dinged up our door bringing a couch in the second year we lived there so maintenance put on a... new door, but it was installed backwards so the peephole was in the hallway. We hadn't realized it for almost a month as we never really used it and despite my roommate putting in complaints multiple times, they never fixed it and still charged us for the replacement. The last complaint I have is that I had to end my lease early as I had to move out of state for my job and the lady in the lease office told me they wouldn't normally allowed that, which is weird because I've asked friends that work in the same business if that's a normal thing to allow and they all said yes. Regardless, she had me sign a sheet saying I was ending my lease early and that if no one rented it I would still be responsible for payments. I was a little apprehensive at first, but she promised that since it is a first floor apartment on the back of the building right by the south entrance, it would be leased quickly and they had a long list of people that request it. It is now 2 months later and I have a voicemail saying no one has rented it yet and I owe them almost $4000 for one month of normal rent and one prorated. That seems a little odd considering what I was told. So if you don't mind that, the constant noise of construction and dirt getting all over your car (if you can even find parking in front of the building because there's not even enough spots for people that live there right now) then this is definitely the place for you.
