The standout feature of Tamarack Springs is undoubtedly… its amazing property management team. Jessica and Bella are not just property managers; they truly feel like family! Their commitment to resident happiness is palpable, making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. Maintenance is also top-notch—Jack and Michael are absolute legends! They respond promptly and professionally to any requests, whether it’s a quick fix or something more substantial. Knowing that help is just a phone call away gives us such peace of mind.

Another highlight of living here is the vibrant sense of community. The neighbors are genuinely friendly, and there’s always a fun event happening during the warmer months! The management organizes fantastic gatherings for families, fostering connections that create lasting memories. Plus, I love how they actively support local causes by organizing donation drives for essentials and toys—what a wonderful way to give back!

Recently, we made the switch to an electric vehicle, and thanks to Jessica's incredible resourcefulness, we had electric chargers installed in our garage at an amazing price and in record time! This level of personalized service truly sets Tamarack Springs apart from other places.

I’ve lived in Tamarack Springs Apartments for 2 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
Poor Management: The management team is unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, they’ve failed to address my concerns promptly. Communication is difficult, and there’s a noticeable lack of professionalism. Maintenance requests are either ignored or take an unreasonably long time to be resolved.
Non-Functional Appliances: Several of the appliances in my unit don’t… work properly. For example, the washer and dryer ruined clothes, and the carpet was not laid down correctly. Additionally, the fridge is situated too close to the cabinet, requiring you to move the fridge to open the cabinet. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, they remain unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
Overpriced Rent: For the price I’m paying, I expected much better quality and service. The rent is far too high considering the poor management, outdated appliances, and lack of amenities. There are far better options in the area for the same or lower cost.
Overall, I would not recommend Tamarack Springs Apartments to anyone. The poor management, broken appliances, and high rent make it a very disappointing place to live. I regret signing a lease here and advise others to look elsewhere. Read More
