My experience living at the Artisan has been excellent.
Lori, the Property Manager is amazing! The property inside, and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance does a great job. So many amenities and a great location.

Before signing a lease, was shown a model unit and was told they don’t show occupied units. I was specifically told they would not be offering occupied showings as we all know how frusterating it is to have strangers tour your home multiple times a day or week. Wimmer communities recently changed their guidelines to allow occupied showings with no notice to current tenants.
I asked for showings to be postponed a few days until I vacate and was told no. Even though they have a model unit of my... exact layout, they still wouldn’t accommodate my request. Your opinion or concern is invalid the moment you sign a lease here.
