Don't Move Here
As someone who once lived in Riverview Manor, I wouldn't even give this place a one. While the view of the river may be plus, the way management treated me is at least a negative 10.That's why II thank the lord every night that I don't live there anymore.
Further, it is interesting that the two top rating say exactly the same thing. Hmm. Wonder who submitted those?

I Love the Apartment! Great manager and the renters are Awesome!
The building and grounds are well managed. The people are helpful, many of the renters are long-time locals and that really makes life easy.
