Great place!

I’ve lived here since summer 2023 and the experience has been great! Our apartment is spacious and the complex is well maintained. Maintenance is always speedy too, which is appreciated!

Nice apartment - Bad management

Live here for multiple years. It was a great space that offered everything I needed: Indoor parking, in unit laundry, space to work from home. The downside, however, is that the leasing company continually raises rent with no justification (other than “inflation”) as we are stuck using old appliances and see 0 material improvement in living standards.

Good apartment- bad management

Before I moved in, I had the worst experience with management. They repeatedly lost my files, they did my paperwork incorrectly, and the assistant to the owner is the rudest person of them all. The owner himself is very nice.
I like my apartment, although it’s a bit pricey.
