Bad Experience with Management

Overall the apartment was fine, nothing special. We lived there three years and they charged us for cleaning the carpets because they were worn in high traffic areas which is against WI tenant codes ??. The customer service by Brian and other tooonen staff at Quarry Park was also terrible. They didn’t communicate during the re-rental process at all, different people had different answers to our question. Prices are also pretty ridiculous. I would recommend renting elsewhere if possible.
