Great community!
I have lived here for 7 years and am very happy here! I love the private 2 car garages and private entry. I have never had noisy neighbor problems. I love the gas fireplace and my balcony. It feels like a condo to me. I have had things break but I always make sure they get fixed. No complaints!

awful apartments ! terrible neighbors and you can hear everything I mean everything
Loud neighbors, you can literally hear everything they are doing in their apartment. Screaming kids, barking dogs, and domestic arguments. People are slobs throwing garbage out car windows and driving like maniacs in the parking lot. The apartments are cold in the winter and hot in the summer and it takes a very long time to get anything fixed.
My strong recommendation is to keep looking for a better place to live, these apartments are expensive and offer nothing for the money you pay !

Run down and terrible owner !!
I hated living at the Market St. apartments in Elkhorn. no landscaping, very loud and disruptive neighbors the parking situation is awful in the winter months since they do not plow the lot and you can hear everything your neighbors is doing thru the walls. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY MARKET STREET APARTMENT

Home, Neat Home!
After many years of living in a private home, and paying the high costs of home maintenance, time-consuming yard upkeep and property taxes we are finally free of it all! Move into Market Street Village Apartments on the outskirts of Elkhorn, WI, with shopping and other conveniences nearby and you too, will experience this freedom! We have a spacious apartment on the second floor, over our private garage which is long enough to park two cars inside or a car and a popup camper! There are extra... parking spaces throughout the complex, at no extra charge. There is plenty of space at the rear of the garage for storage, workshop area, etc. Upstairs, we enjoy a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, large windows, and other amenities such as the efficiency kitchen, with all appliances included - electric stove, microwave, fridge, in-sink disposal and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar, and a large dinette area. There are two large bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with just a shower. We have a roomy private laundry, which we have cleverly adapted as pantry, storage and "sewing room" by the addition of some built-in shelving, and rolling storage shelves. There is a huge linen/storage closet in the hallway. Our large, airy master Bedroom has a long walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has another enormous closet with the furnace/AC system concealed at one end. Our good-sized living room has an added 9 feet of space at one end as we were fortunate to get one of several available upper level apartments with this bonus alcove area. We can step outside to a wonderful balcony (or a patio if you live downstairs), with plenty of space for our outdoor furniture, favorite statuary and a "city garden": we're growing lettuce and tomato plants in addition to potted blooms, and planning on adding a couple of hanging planters on the railing! There is a fantastic amount of space in this apartment, and it actually costs us quite a bit less to live here than in our house! Our rent has not increased in the last two years, and utilities have been reasonable.so far. The managers of this complex are very nice people and drive through frequently, keeping a watchful eye on things-- we feel very safe here. Dumpster areas are enclosed and well-maintained, as are the landscaped grounds. Up to three dogs or cats are welcomed in your new home for a small fee per pet. You won't regret a move here to Market Street Village Apartments in Elkhorn, WI!
