It would be hard to find a better run place then fox wood crossing. If I were trying to find a negative it would be hard.

Great Staff!
I have lived at Foxwood Cross for 5 years now and love the quietness and serene feel of having the woods by me. I thoroughly love sitting on my patio and having deer walk right past! Our property manager Jessica has been a pleasure to work with. We recently had a major snow storm causing lots of damage problems for tenants. Jessica and our maintenance man Gary were actually out cutting down damaged trees all over the property. During the storm my refrigerator and ceiling fan went out. With... all the problems on hand, Jessica and Gary were still right on hand to see that I had a new refrigerator with 2 days. Gary put in a new ceiling that I use all the time. It's the kindness and quick response that keeps me living at Foxwood Crossing apartments. Thank you Jessica and Gary!

loved this place!
Our family love this place. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. The manager Kathy is very professional and extremely helpful. She was the very big part of the reason why we chose this place in the first place. Maintenance team Gavin is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues always promptly addressed. I lived in a 2Br/2Ba with more than enough space since it offers a very spacious loft space. Two car garage is big too. I would have lived here for several more years if I did not have to move.

Not a bad place to live
Overall, Foxwood Crossing is a nice place to live. The property is quiet and well maintained, the location is great and the other tenants aren't typical apartment riffraff. The only downside about the apartments is that they're dated. This would be fine if the rent was on the lower side, but it isn't. There's carpet and laminate floors (don't let the pictures fool you - the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate, not tile), the appliances are from the early 90s, and the kitchen... counters and cabinets need to go. For the price I'm paying, I could get a brand new, comparably sized apartment in Brookfield with granite countertops, stainless steel applicances and other moderns amenities.
Still, two car oversized garage (and plenty of unassigned parking spaces for guests) included with every unit, decent sized bedrooms, in-unit washer/dryer (typical in newer units but far from common), a fair amount of closet space (but no walk-ins like modern apartments/condos) and being close to everything make it a pretty good option overall.
