Woodlane Apartments

Do NOT move into these apartments. They have a long history with bed bugs and they do almost nothing to prevent/stop these issues. They blame their tenants for these issues even though they have a track record that started in 2017, or probably even earlier, of bed bugs. Instead of emptying the buildings to heat treat and eradicate the problem completely, they only treat 1 unit at a time with pesticides and then the bugs run to another unit until they come back to the original unit— meaning... everyone in the building is bound to get them/have them. Want to heat treat your own apartment? Pay for it yourself, they said. Sawall is already paying for the spray treatments, so why would they pay to completely get rid of the issue? Total joke. Absolutely not worth it. Had to get rid of most of my belongings and it was awful. It’s also very hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. I just recently moved out here for two reasons. The main reason was the bed bugs, they are every where!! All of the units are infected and spraying has not been helping. I had to throw away 2/3 of my clothing and belongings. The 2nd reason for my moving out was the manager. His name is Dan and he is a total jerk. He gossips non stop about other tenants when he is working in your unit. He is also very sarcastic. He may think he is being funny but he is not. Finally he has this habit of using his... pass key when you are not at home. He insists he had to work on something, but advance notice would be nice. I put my stuff in storage and staying with friends until I find a place. These buildings in the front on Woodlane Drive should be emptied until they can seriously rid those bugs.
